I have been participating in CRMC for seven years. The connections, networking, and overall good vibes at the conference make it a ‘must attend’ conference. The energy and people that attend CRMC are my favorite part, everyone is friendly, helpful, and the overall conference and sponsor vibe does not feel "sales-y" at all. The 2024 presentations were great, and Erica Dhawan was the best keynote of the event.

I always come away with knowledge, ideas, and vendor connections. But the thing I love the most is how CRMC is a ‘safe space.’ We’re all marketers there to improve our brands-- But there isn’t a feeling of competitiveness. At this event, marketers that would normally be competing for customers become friends. My first session, I had McDonald’s on my right and Burger King on my left. There was zero competitive feeling! It was such a refreshing and pure experience. Thank you to the team for creating a space for learning and connection.

CRMC is by far the most balanced event I attend regularly, and it’s refreshing to not just hear sales pitches from vendors (acknowledging I am one!) and truly having the opportunity to hear from brands about what they are doing, what’s working, and what pain points they continue to experience that we might be able to help them with.

CRMC is a wonderful event! So much experience to learn from, dig into & discuss. In a great location with options for food and entertainment! Engaging content and a big crowd. I enjoyed all the presentations, and that we could rotate from the large room to the smaller rooms. Very interactive and allowed for us all to network.
